It was a pleasure working with Kevin. He was very focused so his questions for information from us were very succinct. Together we uncovered some new areas for cost savings and what was equally helpful was to learn that some areas we thought would have a good ROI actually didn’t.

Kevin was easy to work with and at explaining the systems and efficiency oppertunities. The report includes lots of information if you want all the back up information but the main suggestions are identified in a concise table and easy to understand.
The audit was performed using actual metered environmental conditions versus an analysis of the equipment which offered much more reliable information.

The last review of Kevin that I read said that he needed to work a bit on prioritizing his recommendations. I guess he really took that to heart because I feel that one of the biggest benefits of the audit he did for us was that he did help us to prioritize his recommendations for improvement. One recommendation was very capital intensive and didn’t have a large or speedy return. That was a low priority. Another recommendation was low cost, but had a very quick return. That was the one he suggested we pursue and indeed we are going to implement it.
Kevin is very enthusiastic about his work and about the many returns (both economic and environmental) it can bring. He is a pleasure to work with and I look forward to reaping the benefits of this audit.

The audit was scheduled and performed in a timely manner. We know we have some serious issues and needs and the auditor worked to prioritize the most pressing issues that would provide the quickest and largest benefit.

The report was well done overall with some minor adjustments to improve investment prioritaztion and capital intense investments. An energy policy has enacted as a result of the energy audit. Full Buiding re-commissioning is being implemented.
